Your wedding paper is one of the few physical keepsakes that you'll have once the big day is over – let's make it unmistakably yours with the added touch of original fine artworks to fill your home.
My custom design process is a hands-on creative collaboration. I want your guests to know these invitations are yours before they even read your names on the card. In order to do that, we need to dive deep into your relationship's uniquities. It's those small, authentic details about you that will set apart the pretty from the personal. We'll carry that personality throughout your suite with a holistic approach. From "save the date" to "thanks for coming", your guests will enjoy a curated experience through artful stationery, custom-tailored to your love story.

I recommend mailing your save the dates 9-12 months in advance of your wedding day. The design process for saves typically takes an average of 12 weeks. If you're looking to set the tone of your wedding with a fully cohesive wedding paper suite with Amy Elizabeth Artistry, please reach out as soon as possible in your planning process.
The custom invitation process can take anywhere from 14-20 weeks depending on the quantity, complexity, and time of year. I recommend mailing your invitations 8-12 weeks before your wedding date, meaning we'll need to get started around 5-7 months before the big day.
While 16 weeks is the average amount of time actively working together, I do often book 8–12 months in advance, and I only take on a handful of weddings per year – don't hesitate to reach out!
My home studio is in the suburbs of Philadelphia. I will travel up to an hour for day-of deliveries and set up. Though I am based out of Pennsylvania, all meetings and design reviews are currently handled virtually, and I have served clients all over the world.
If I have availability, you'll receive my info guide along with the option to schedule a complimentary Vision Meeting and purchase a sample pack. If you end up booking with me, the cost of the sample pack will go towards your stationery package.
In addition to receiving a copy of your invitation in the mail along with your guests, you'll also receive a package including any extra copies ordered, a display suite for your photographer, and up to five keepsake suites enclosed in an heirloom velvet box. Your keepsakes are made to be cherished and can include additional add-ons and personalizations.
I'll be working with you directly every step of the way. Unlike some studios, it's just me over here. My limited client list allows me to truly devote myself to your wedding paper, and we'll communicate throughout the process to ensure you love your designs. I like to think of this experience as a creative collaboration – trust me, we're going to have the best time together.
New artwork is created specifically for every couple I work with. Whether it's a palette knife painting of your venue or a line drawing of your pets, you get to keep all of the original artworks after your wedding day. Not only will your invitations be completely customized, you'll be able to fill your home with fine art that holds a world of meaning.
Once your invitations are complete and the last envelope is stamped and sealed, I'll personally hand-deliver them to my local post office. I've built a wonderful relationship with my postal workers over the years, and I know that they will handle your mail with care.
All of your artwork is custom created by hand, just for you, and transformed into a one-of-a-kind invitation design. You'll receive a lifelike-quality digital mockup that we will revise until you are totally in love. Once you feel over-the-moon excited, you'll sign a print release, finalize your quantity, and pay your balance.
After years in the industry, I’ve narrowed down my suppliers and makers to the best in the biz. I’ll order all of the highest-end luxury materials to begin production. Your approved designs will be printed in-house on my 1886 letterpress or outsourced to one of my trusted print partners, followed by a meticulous quality check. All assembly is done by hand in my studio with the utmost care and precision.
The first thing you'll receive is a detailed questionnaire to tell me all about your love story. From there, I'll dream up ways to turn your personal details into a work of art and present a few possibilities to you. Once we have your design direction decided, you'll sign off on some sketches so that the custom artwork creation can begin.
After filling out an inquiry form, you’ll receive more information and a link to schedule a vision meeting. This 30-45 minute video call will allow us to dive into your invitation goals, the aesthetic of your day, and your must-haves so I can put together an estimate for you.
Nine times out of ten I already have ideas swirling in my head before we end our call. I’ll work up an estimate for you based on the finishes we discussed, alongside a moodboard and thorough writeup of my initial vision. If you’re excited and ready to move forward, you’ll sign a formal contract and pay an initial deposit to officially get on my books.
“We would recommend her to anyone looking to elevate the guest experience right from the invite all the way through the wedding day.”
Partnering with Alli was one of the best decisions I could have made for my wedding clients. Her work elevates my designs to another level of personalization, and our creativity shines brightest when we work together.
I only take on a handful of weddings per year, so that I can fully devote myself to each project and dive deep into your love story. If you're excited to work together, please don't hesitate to reach out.
