As a photographer, owning her own studio had felt like a pipe dream for Samantha. When an opportunity arose to purchase an old 1917 schoolhouse, she and her husband couldn’t resist. Earth tones and hand-illustrated botanics echoed the aptly named Fern & Ivy. Ferns and ivy grow rampant on the property, creating a nature-forward atmosphere that immediately grounds and centers you. Artists and other creatives are invited to rent a space that inspires them, and we wanted the brand to be bursting with that inspiration.
