Once the final print release is signed, your pieces will be moved into production. From here, printing and packaging can take anywhere from 3-4 weeks. Assembly is not included for semi-custom suites. You will receive tracking information once your package has shipped.
Production
Proceed to checkout once you have added all required pieces and any desired upgrades to your cart. You will receive a content form within 24 hours to fill out your information for each piece of your suite ordered, as well as any special requests.

Within 3 business days, you will receive your first digital mockups of your semi-custom suite. From here, you are allotted two rounds of revisions, with the third and final proof serving as a print release. Additional revision requests are subject to a fee of up to $100 per revision.
Mockups & Revisions
While the average expected timeline from order to shipment is 5-6 weeks, you are encouraged to order with 8 weeks of lead time in mind to account for any possible delays and shipping times. Keep in mind we recommend allotting 1-2 weeks of assembly time after you receive your shipment.

Semi-custom orders tend to book 5+ months in advance. It is not recommended that you mail any of your stationery during the month of December, due to holiday mailing rushes and increased risk of lost or delayed mail. Please see the below recommended booking timelines when ordering semi-custom:

By placing any order from the semi-custom collection, you agree to the following terms & conditions:
01 | payment & pricing
Due at checkout: The total cost of the item(s) and quantity(ies) added to your cart will be given at checkout, including any tax and shipping fees. This total is due at the time of order.
Due at print-release sign-off: A final invoice may be sent at the signing of the print release for any changed quantities, extra revisions, added upgrades, etc. made during the design process. Should you wish to make add-ons or quantity changes after the print release is signed, you will need to place a new order as your suite will already be in production.
06 | ownership of artwork
Amy Elizabeth Artistry reserves all the rights to original designs and artworks on this website. You may not reproduce the design, art, and imagery without the written permission of Amy Elizabeth Artistry. You do not have the rights to utilize any of the artwork, including monograms and venue illustrations, on any other pieces without the written permission of Amy Elizabeth Artistry, even if you have purchased a semi-custom piece. You understand that if you are found to be in violation of these terms, you will be charged with a royalty fee at the discretion of Amy Elizabeth Artistry.
02 | assembly & Mailing
Mailing & postage: While postage is not included for semi-custom clients, a digital mailing & postage guide will be provided for your reference. You are encouraged to bring an assembled copy of your suite to your local post office for weighing, to determine the correct amount of postage needed. Please note that accepted postage amounts can vary between post offices.
Assembly not included: Semi-custom clients will receive their pieces unassembled. A digital assembly guide will be provided for your reference, as well as a single assembled keepsake copy of your suite in an heirloom envelope, and a singled assembled display copy of your suite for your wedding-day detail photographs.
03 | Addressing
Calligraphy addressing: Calligraphy is subject to the availability of our calligraphy partner AlliCat Calligraphy only. You have the option to add a calligraphy request to your cart, and after checkout you will receive confirmation of availability within 48 hours. Should calligraphy addressing be added, you will select one of five available calligraphy styles, and a template will be provided to input and submit your guest address list. Your guests' names and addresses will be printed exactly as they appear in the submitted address list. Alli will not make etiquette or spelling corrections of her own will, and she is not liable for any misspellings or mistakes due to your error. By adding calligraphy addressing, you understand that the nature of calligraphy is unique and will vary from printed addresses – that calligraphy is not a font, but a hand-lettered style subject to discrepancies and imperfections between each piece. You agree that Alli has full creative control on the framing and other aesthetics of the calligraphy to ensure the utmost quality standard in the final product. The cost of calligraphy addressing will be billed on a final invoice after the print release has been signed.
Return & reply envelope addressing: Flat printing of the client's return address is included on the back flap of the outer envelopes, as well as flat printing of the client's address on the RSVP envelopes if applicable. It is your responsibility to provide and proofread your address.
04 | Returns, Refunds, & cancelation
Due to the material and handmade nature of all of our products and services, we are not able to offer returns, refunds, nor exchanges on them, with the exception of returns due to defective product or wrong item shipped. Should you wish to cancel your order prior to signing a print release, we may offer store credit in an amount deemed appropriate by the studio dependent upon the amount of work completed. Cancelations are not permitted once a print release is signed, and you will owe the full amount due including any outstanding balance without exception.
In the unfortunate event that you are dissatisfied with your order, please email me directly at hello@amyelizabethartistry.com within 7 days upon receipt of your order including a detailed description of the issue, and we will do our best to make it right.
05 | Promotion & social media
Amy Elizabeth Artistry reserves the right to showcase photographs and videos of any products made in studio on their website and social media pages (such as Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), Pinterest, and TikTok). By booking with us, you agree that we may take photographs or videos of full invitation suites, stationery, or other creations, and use those photographs or videos for own own reference, for display, or for promotion without any compensation to you. Your address or personal contact information will never be shared online, and your full names will not be shared in conjunction with wedding day details until the wedding day is complete (i.e. should an image or video be shared depicting the clients' full names, the wedding date and/or location would be obscured, or vice versa).
Flat printed addressing: Should you add on flat printed addressing, a template will be provided to input and submit your guest address list. Your guests' names and addresses will be printed exactly as they appear in the submitted address list. I will not make etiquette or spelling corrections of my own will, and I am not liable for any misspellings or mistakes due to your error.
